Service Description

Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas and point on the feet, hand, and ears that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. When pressure is applied to these points, it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels, and helps to restore homeostasis (balance) in the whole body. Reflexology is known as Zone Therapy. This foot reflexology induces deep relaxation, stimulates 7,000 nerves to encourage the opening and cleansing of neural pathways. Balances the whole system thus revitalizing the body's natural energy flow. Please use your NHS email to book or you will need to bring your work identification card.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings requires a full prepayment. Full refund for cancellations made within 24hrs. No refund for cancellations done in less than 24hrs or for no show.
